I Dig Dungarees
Level: Intermediate 0-3m - Age 12
This is a traditional ‘bib and braces’ dungaree (overall) pattern. The pattern has options for long legs, shorts and a skirt. You can choose between traditional clips and stud buttons, or regular button and button holes. It is designed for medium weight fabrics such as denim or corduroy.
The pattern goes from 0-3m - Age 12 and is best suited to those sewing at an intermediate level. The baby and toddler sizes will work over disposable or trim cloth nappies. The short blue dungarees in the photos are worn over a trim cloth nappy. If you use bulky cloth nappies then you can either choose to adapt the pattern a little, or alternatively the Wild & Free Dungaree pattern may be a better choice for you. An overlocker/serger will create the neatest finish but all options can be made using a regular sewing machine.
This listing is for 4 downloadable PDF files: Instructions, a print-at-home pattern, a copy shop pattern and a projector pattern. The print-at-home pattern can be printed on A4/legal/letter sized paper. The copy shop file can be taken to professional printer to print onto large sheets of paper. The projector file can be used to project the pattern straight onto your fabric.
The pattern is created in layers meaning you can print just the layers (sizes) you need. This is an instant download PDF, not a finished item. Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns, no refund can be given if purchased in error.
