The Penelope Pinafore is a relaxed pinafore dress. It has either tie straps (which don’t need undoing in order to take the garment on and off) or traditional buckles. There are FIVE pockets for hiding all your stuff. There are two lengths - mini to sit above the knee and midi to cover the knee. A back split can be added to both lengths. It can be made with our without a button opening at the hip. This pattern goes from XXS to 5XL.
